“i’ve baked these biscuits for my Motley and Abby today and they loved them!!!!!! a very simple and fast recipe. Here it is: 170 gr self raising flour, 85 gr peanut butter, 4 tablespoons of hot water, 2 teaspoons of ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Preheat… oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and set aside. Mix peanut butter and hot water in a bowl. Add flour, ginger and cinnamon and mix thoroughly. Now add a splash of water and knead mixture into a dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut out with a cookie cutter and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.”
