All ready for Valentine's Weekend - duck and chicken hearts with rice. Gift bagged and ribboned <3

  • All 4 Paws

If you follow our Page you may recall that we have done some collections for dogs staying with their owners in the dog friendly homeless shelters in Edinburgh. This was done with the support of Andrew Gardiner a wonderful Vet at the Dick Vet School who has been involved in supporting these dogs and their owners for some time.

The Dick Vet Students are now going a step further and All4Paws has now... been set up (please do head on over and "like" their page). This is a free clinic for the pets of those that are homeless or vulnerably housed. It is run by Edinburgh Vet Students and offers basic veterinary care to these animals. They also hope to supply these animals with basic supplies and your donations will go a long way into changing the lives of these animals and their owners. They have set up an Amazon Wishlist if you would like to support them (link on their facebook page). Next month we will also be collecting items in the shop to donate to them and we will have a collection box out for them. Of course if this is something close to your heart and you would like to drop of donations via the shop in advance of their first clinic in March please do let us know and we will put the goodies by specifically for this cause.

  • Maggie

Thanks to Gemma for sharing this photo of Maggie tucking into her pigs ears. She said "Finishing the last treat from her Christmas stocking. Some size of a pig's ear and lasting a bit longer than the venison sticks, which she loved. Will definitely be ordering some more things for her to try, knowing there are no nasties in them."

  • Poppet

We couldn't resist sharing this adorable photo of Poppet. When she first visited the shop she was a wee bitty unsure and now (with the lure of goodies) she loves visiting =) She waits with her paws on the desk until we give us something tasty <3
