Kindness Works

Adopt A Boxer (Scotland) have asked us to share details of a free  upcoming event they are holding:
"They are holding a free “Kindness Works!” dog behaviour and training talk with Elaine Henley on the 10th September 2014 from 7pm-9pm.   The talk will discuss the use of positive reinforcement training and how it can help build stronger relationships between dogs and owners.  Their speaker is Elain...e Henley from the Animal Behaviour Clinic and Take the Lead Dog School.  Elaine is a P.G.Dip Clinical Animal Behaviourist with more than 15 years of experience working with companion animals. Elaine is a Full Member of the Association of Pet Behaviour Counsellors, which means that not only does she hold Post Graduate Degree Qualifications in the subject; she also has extensive practical experience. She is also an Animal Behaviour Training Council (ABTC) Registered Clinical Animal Behaviourist.  Elaine works on a one-to-one basis to address issues such as aggression, nervousness, fears, separation issues, barking, excitability, and much more. Additionally, Elaine leads dynamic and effective classes puppy socialization and pet dog-training classes. You can read more about Elaine on her website at
The talk is open to everyone who would like to attend and they welcome owners of all breeds, veterinary staff, groomers, dog walkers or anyone interested in learning more about dog behaviour to attend. Details are shown below: -
