Simply detach a bag from the dispenser feed, slip the bag over your hand like a glove, remove the waste and turn the bag inside out and throw it into a bin! The bags are scented and the dispenser has a handy clip to attach it to your belt loop or bag. The pack comes with a dispenser already including 20 bags and a further 20 bag refill.
