Danish Design My First Bed is a puppy bed with a range of features which are ideal for your new canine companion. They also make great beds for smaller adult dogs and smaller elderly dogs that need a good draught free bed option. The round bed is made from a soft thick Sherpa Fleece which is durable and ideal for keeping your puppy comfortable and warm. It is very high sided making ot great for cosiness but it also has a drop front to make it easy for small puppy legs to step inside!v Inside the bed is an extra comfort ring, which is a soft fibre filled Sherpa Fleece ring which provides extra comfort for your puppy, and can be removed as they grow. Both the inner ring and the outer cover are fully washable. Theouter cover removes completely from the bed shell. The bed shell is a thick foam helping to ensure the bed keeps its shape and also decreasing the likelihood of your dog wanting to chew the bed given it is notfibre filled.

There is an external pocket which can be used to store toys or can also be used as a "Tick-Tock" pocket, in which you can place a ticking alarm clock, which Danish Design have found, mimics the heartbeat of the mother helping reassure your puppy when it has been separated. The clock is not included, but any clock can be used as long as it ticks. Another extra feature is the heat pad facility which is a pocket found underneath the inner cushion which can store any standard size Heat Pad, these are not included but can be purchased from any high street chemists. The base of the cushion is also fully waterproof as it is made from heavy duty nylon to protect the bad against any mishaps.

With the comfort ring in it measures 11" circle for the puppy to sleep in.
