The Red Dingo identity tags are made from hard-wearing polished stainless steel and are available in 3 different sizes. The designs are enamelled onto the steel and are very durable. Contact information can be engraved onto the reverse of the tags. The price includes engraving and if you are only ordering ID tags (and not any other items from the site) delivery is free. Our dog tags come in a range of 9 colours and 7 different designs.

DON'T FORGET TO INCLUDE THE ENGRAVING DETAILS AND THE DESIGN AND BACKGROUND COLOUR YOU REQUIRE IN THE ORDER COMMENTS BOX ON THE PAYMENT PAGE.

Please remember small tags can have a max of 3 lines (ideally with no more than 12 characters per line), Medium and large tags can have 4 lines max. Here is an example:

When placing your tag order you must select the size before proceeding to check out (you can select your desired size from the styles on the right hand side of the page).

• Small Tags are 20mm in diameter (suitable for smaller dogs)
• Medium Tags are 30mm in diamater (suitable for medium dogs)
• Large Tags are 38mm in diamater (suitable for large dogs only )

When you are on the payment and delivery details page there is a box entitled: "Order /Delivery Instructions" you must remember to include the details you would like to be included on your tag/s in this box and also the design and background colour of the tag you would like! If we have any queries or there are any problems with the details you provide we will call or e-mail you before proceeding with the engraving order.

Your tag will be sent directly from Red Dingo (please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery) but if you experience any problems then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at Just Dogs. Please be aware the during the Royal Mail Postal Strikes you may experience a delay in the delivery of your tag as these are sent using normal mail service.

So, just to recap, the details we need in the order/delivery comments box on the payment details page are as follows:

• Design (choose from Dog, Bowl, Bone, Kennel, Paw, Fire Hydrant, Heart or Flower)
• Background colour (choose from Black, Purple, Dark Blue, Light Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red or Pink)
• Line 1 text
• Line 2 text
• Line 3 text
• Line 4 text (only for med - lrg tags)

Handy Hints: The Control of Dogs Order 1992 mandates that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name (your surname rather than the dogs name) and address (including postcode) of the owner engraved or written on it, or engraved on a tag. Your telephone number is optional (but advisable). If you are ordering a small tag and want a name and a number then house number followed by postcode (as per our example above) is sufficient. Some people feel the need to display the dog's name on the tag as a useful assistance if the dog should be found, while others feel this could be used in a more negative way, if a dog should be stolen.
