Christmas Delivery Timescales

Dear Customers,

We have tried to make sure that even those last minute shoppers will receive their goods in time for Christmas.  To guarantee that you will receive your order in time for Christmas please ensure that you order no later than 1pm on Tuesday 22nd December.  We use a next day courier service for all UK Mainland parcels and we will still be sending out deliveries on Wednesday 23rd December so you may still get your parcel on Christmas Eve.  In the interests of being sensisble though we are not guaranteeing parcels order on 23rd December just in case there is a problem with the courier reaching you on Christmas Eve.

For those orders in the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland please make sure you have placed your orders by 1pm on Friday 18th December so that we can send out using Royal Mail (also remember that we cannot send large packages outside Mainland UK).
