Flexis are ideal for allowing your dog to stretch their legs when they can't be let off the lead. The Comfort Compact range includes an all tape lined lead which measures 5 metres/ 16.5 ft in length and the flexi single handed brake/lock mechanism. It also features the comfort grip handle for extra support and ease of hold.

Just Dogs does not recommend the use of Flexi leads for trainingwork such asrecall or heel work. For recall work we would recommend the use of a Long Line and for Heel work we would recommend using a standard 3 or 4ft long lead for ease of control. Flexis are useful if your dog has an unreliable recall but you still wish to be able to give them the freedom to stretch their legs. They are also useful in areas where you can't let your dog off the lead i.e. in public paths on farm land where there is livestock etc.

Size 1 - Small for dogs weighing up to 15kg
Size 2 - Medium for dogs weighing up to 25kg
Size 3 - Large for dogs weighing up to 60kg

Please be aware that flexi leads should always be used with care. Because they have a very long line they can get tangled around you, someone else or the dog. Tape Flexis, unlike cord lines,are less likely to cause burns or abrasions but should still be used with care.
