  • Good Luck Jenny!!!

We will miss you Jenny! Today was Jenny's last day at the shop. We are delighted that she has managed to secure a dream job as a Field Ecologist after graduating last year but sad that we will be losing a fantastic team member. We are sure you will all join us in wishing Jenny all the very best.

    Goodbye Jenny

  • Charity Giveaway!!!

**THIS WEEKS CHARITY GIVEAWAY** We have another bundle of goodies worth over £50 which we would like to donate to a worthy rescue for the dogs in their care.

Please head on over to our Facebook page to take part in the competition to tell us which charity you would like to receive the goodies. All you have to do is SHARE the photo relating to this competition and comment on the photo with your preferred charity.  The winning charity will be chosen at random on Sunday 4th May (closing for entries is 12 noon).  Each person can only comment once and the rescue must be based in the UK.  The specific Facebook post for this competition can be found here.

We have created this giveaway as we would like the opportunity to support some rescues further afield alongside the local rescues we support every month so we plan to do a "Rescue" giveaway like this regularly if we get a good response. The bundles will always be small enough for us to post out allowing us to support rescues across the UK.

  • More Leanlix have arrived

Our first order of Leanlix sold so well that we have had another delivery These are a convenient, innovative, low calorie reward system that will leave your dog drooling for more. Unlike some other treat dispensing tube Leanlix is a solid formula that won’t run onto your hands; it eliminates the need for a roller ball, which some vets think could be a choking hazard if the dog bites it and it pops out; and the lanyard allows you to keep it handy for a quick training reward. It may be more expensive than the average bag of treats but is will last much longer. Each leanlix last approx. 10,000 lix. That's the equivalent of around 4,000 normal treats and all for about 200 calories. All the ingredients are human grade.

It is available in a standard size (around the size of a deodarant stock) for £12.95 and a littlelix (around the size of a chapstick) for £4.50. These are available in a variety of flavours in the shop and via our website now. Our dogs both love it. Daisy took to it straight away but we had to teach Sam that he didn't have to bite the whole stick but just lick the top of it. Now that he has the hang of it we use it to help us with grooming him (which he is not keen on)
